Annual General Meeting Date and Director Nominations
AVA Risk Group Limited ( ASX:AVA ) today advises that its Annual General Meeting will be held on 29 October 2020 at 11:00 am (AEDT). The Company will provide further information in relation to attendance at the meeting in the Notice of Meeting.
In accordance with the Company’s constitution, nominations for election as a director of the Company must be received by the Company not later than 40 business days prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting (i.e. by close of business in Melbourne on 03 September 2020). Nominations must be in writing and include the nomination and the consent of the individual nominated.
Further details of the meeting will be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be distributed to shareholders in due course.
