SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT

IN RELATION TO THE ANNUAL REPORT

FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2024

Reference is made to the annual report of Autostreets Development Limited (the "Company") for the year ended 31 December 2024 (the "Annual Report"). Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Annual Report.

The Board would like to provide the following supplemental information with regard to the emoluments of Mr. Zhao Hongliang ("Mr. Zhao"), our executive Director since 28 May 2025 and the chief executive officer of the Company ("Chief Executive Officer") since 15 March 2022, pursuant to paragraph 24 of Appendix D2 to the Listing Rules.

The emoluments of Mr. Zhao for the two years ended 31 December 2024 in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer are set out below:
