AUTOSPORTS GROUP LIMITED HALF-YEAR RESULTS BRIEFING
Autosports Group Limited (the Company) was incorporated on 29 August 2016. On 16 November 2016 the Company was listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). On 18 November 2016, the Company acquired 15 companies (“Pre-IPO Autosports Group”) and an additional business (“Willims”) and commenced trading. Therefore the Group’s trading results are for the period from 18 November to 31 December 2016. Prior to listing, the operations of the Company were administrative in nature and did not trade.
Autosports Group Limited (ASX: ASG) will release its results on Friday 24 February 2017, prior to market open.
Investors and analysts are invited to participate in a briefing with ASG Managing Director Nick Pagent, Chief Financial Officer Aaron Murray and Executive Director Ian Pagent to discuss the results and ask questions.
