Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Don Weinstein, Corporate Vice President, Global Product and Technology, will be stepping down from the Company effective as of March 31, 2023. The Company is presently working through an orderly transition of duties and Mr. Weinstein will continue to serve as a corporate officer of the Company during this transition period.
