As previously reported in a Current Report on Form 8-K filed by Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (the “Company”) on April 8, 2020, Nazzic S. Keene was appointed to the Company's Board of Directors (“Board”) effective April 8, 2020. At the time of her appointment, the Board had not made a determination regarding committee assignments for Ms. Keene. The Company is filing this amended Current Report on Form 8-K/A to report that effective June 4, 2020, Ms. Keene has been appointed to serve as a member of the Audit Committee and the Corporate Development & Technology Advisory Committee of the Board.
