GOLIK HOLDINGS<1118> - Announcement GOLIK HOLDINGS LIMITED Announcement This statement is made at the request of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The board of directors of the Company ("Board") has noted the recent increase in the price of the securities of the Company and would like to state that, other than a proposed issuance of a convertible bond ("Issue") by the Company to its controlling shareholders, the Board is not aware of any reasons for such increase. The Board wishes to remind that the Issue is very preliminary and the terms of the Issue have not been finalized and the Issue may or may not proceed. A further announcement will be made as and when there is any material development. The Board also confirms that, save as disclosed above, there are no negotiations or agreements relating to intended acquisitions or realizations which are discloseable under paragraph 3 of the Listing Agreement, neither is the Board aware of any matter discloseable under the general obligation imposed by paragraph 2 of the Listing Agreement, which is or may be of a price sensitive nature.
