Milano, 20 maggio 2021 - Autogrill S.p.A. (Milano AGL Im) informa che, a parziale variazione di quanto indicato nel comunicato stampa del 29 gennaio 2021 relativo al calendario degli eventi societari 2021, il Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'esame e l'approvazione dei dati dei ricavi consolidati al 30 aprile 2021 si riunirà in data 25 maggio 2021, anziché 27 maggio 2021.

(Milan AGL Im) communicates the following partial change to its financial calendar 2021 issued on 29 January 2021: the Board of Directors for examination and approval of the consolidated revenue performance as of April 30th , 2021, previously scheduled for May 27 th, 2021, will meet on May 25th, 2021.
