Excerpt pursuant to Articles 129 and 131, paragraph 1, of the Issuers' Regulation regarding amendments to the relevant agreements pursuant to Article 122 of the Consolidated Financial Act contained in the Relationship Agreement made by the amendment agreement dated March 30, 2023

Pursuant to Articles 122 of Legislative Decree No. 58 of February 24, 1998 (the "Consolidated Financial Act") and 129 and 131, paragraph 1, of the regulation adopted by CONSOB by resolution No. 11971 of May 14, 1999 (the "Issuers' Regulation"), Dufry AG ("Dufry"), Edizione S.p.A. ("Edizione") and Schema Beta S.p.A. ("Schema Beta" and, together with Dufry and Edizione, the "Parties") hereby make the following announcement.

With reference to the relationship agreement signed by the Parties on February 3, 2023 (the "Relationship Agreement") - in relation to which the publicity formalities required by Article 122 of the Consolidated Financial Act and related regulatory provisions have already been carried out - on March 30, 2023, the Parties signed an amendment agreement to certain provisions of the Relationship Agreement.

Consequently, pursuant to Article 131, paragraph 1, of the Issuers' Regulation, the Parties shall follow the publicity formalities required by the aforementioned regulatory provision, including the drafting of this abstract, indicating that the essential information pursuant to Article 130 of the Issuers' Regulation updated to the amendments made to the Relationship Agreement by the aforementioned amendment agreement will be published, in the manner and within the terms of the law, on Autogrill's website (www.autogrill.com, section "governance" > "shareholders' agreements").
