Milano, 28 giugno 2022 - Con riferimento alle indiscrezioni di stampa odierne in relazione a una possibile operazione di combinazione industriale con il Gruppo Dufry, Autogrill rende noto, per quanto di propria competenza e anche sulla base delle informazioni ricevute in merito dall'azionista di controllo Edizione S.p.A., che sono in corso discussioni, senza vincoli di esclusiva, riguardanti una possibile operazione di integrazione industriale tra i due Gruppi.
Come già comunicato in precedenza, Autogrill è interessata a valutare opportunità strategiche con gli obiettivi prioritari della promozione e sviluppo del Gruppo e della creazione di valore per tutti i suoi stakeholder.
Autogrill informerà tempestivamente il mercato qualora si verificassero i presupposti di legge.

Milan, 28 June 2022 – With reference to today's press rumors related to a possible transaction involving an industrial combination with the Dufry Group, Autogrill announces, to the extent of its competence and also on the basis of the information received from the controlling shareholder Edizione S.p.A., that there are ongoing discussions, without any exclusivity, regarding a possible integration between the two Groups.
As previously communicated, Autogrill is interested in evaluating strategic opportunities aiming at promoting and developing the Group as well as creating value for all its stakeholders.
Autogrill will promptly inform the market if the legal requirements are met.
