IL CONSIGLIO DI AMMINISTRAZIONE DI AUTOGRILL HA DELIBERATO L'ADESIONE AL NUOVO CODICE DI CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
Milano, 25 febbraio 2021 – Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Autogrill riunitosi in data odierna ha deliberato, con il parere favorevole del Comitato Controllo Rischi e Corporate Governance della Società, di aderire al nuovo Codice di Corporate Governance delle Società Quotate, pubblicato dal Comitato per la Corporate Governance in linea con le best practice degli emittenti quotati.
Il Consiglio ha inoltre deliberato di favorirne il recepimento entro la chiusura dell'esercizio in corso e ne darà informativa al mercato nella relazione sul governo societario che sarà pubblicata nel corso del 2022.

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF AUTOGRILL RESOLVED TO COMPLY WITH THE NEW CORPORATE GOVERNANCE CODE
Milan, 25 February 2021 – The Board of Directors of Autogrill held today resolved, with the favourable opinion of the Company's Control and Risk and Corporate Governance Committee, to comply – in line with the best practices of listed issuers – with the new Corporate Governance Code for Listed Companies, published by the Corporate Governance Committee.
The Board furthermore resolved to facilitate its adoption by the end of the current financial year and will inform the market of its implementation in the corporate governance report to be published during 2022.
