Milan, 29th September 2022 – Autogrill S.p.A. (Milan: AGL IM) announces that the Board of Directors, convened today, approved the designation of Massimiliano Santoro as Chief Executive Officer of the Business Unit Europe and, reporting to him, Luca D'Alba as General Manager in charge of commercial activities in Europe and operations in Italy.

Next week the boards of directors of Autogrill Italy S.p.A. and Autogrill Europe S.p.A. will meet for appropriate resolutions.
Massimiliano Santoro graduated in Law at the Università Cattolica in Milan, began his career as a lawyer. He joined Autogrill in 2007 as Director of Legal Affairs in Italy, then he was appointed Group Public Affairs Director and Business Development Responsible for all European countries.
Luca D'Alba graduated in Law at the University of Ferrara and joined Autogrill in 2014 as Retail, Purchasing and Logistic Director, becoming Commercial Director Europe & Italy in 2017. He previously worked as Marketing and Purchasing Director in leading companies in the retail sector.
