(Milano AGL IM) del 25 febbraio 2021, per la quale è prevista la partecipazione esclusivamente per il tramite di Computershare S.p.A., soggetto incaricato dalla società ad agire come rappresentante designato ai sensi dell'art. 135-undecies del D. Lgs. 24 febbraio 1998, n. 58, Autogrill S.p.A. comunica che le risposte alle domande fatte pervenire dagli azionisti entro il termine del 16 febbraio 2021 sono disponibili alla sezione dedicata all'assemblea straordinaria del 25 febbraio 2021 sul sito internet della società all'indirizzo: https://www.autogrill.com/it/governance/assemblea.
