Milano, 06 aprile 2020 - Il verbale del Consiglio di Amministrazione di Autogrill S.p.A. del 12 marzo 2020, recante modifiche dello statuto sociale in adeguamento alle disposizioni della legge 27 dicembre 2019 n. 160 in materia di equilibrio tra i generi negli organi di amministrazione e controllo delle società quotate in mercati regolamentati, nonché lo statuto stesso, con l'evidenziazione delle modifiche apportate sono a disposizione degli azionisti e del pubblico presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato () e sul sito Internet della Società www.autogrill.com - Sezione Governance.
Verranno depositati presso la sede legale e la sede secondaria della Società alla riapertura.

Milan, 06 April 2020 - The minutes of the Board of Directors' meeting of Autogrill S.p.A. held on 12 March 2020, laying down amendments to the Company's by-laws to conform to provisions of Law no. 160, 27 December 2019, concerning balance between genders in the composition of the Board of Directors and Board of Statutory Auditors of companies listed on regulated markets, and the by-laws themselves, showing the amendments made, are available to the Shareholders and the public on the central storage mechanism named () and on the Company's website www.autogrill.com - Governance.
They will be available at the Company's registered office and secondary headquarters once it will be reopened.
