Auto Trader Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 22 October 2025 it purchased through Merrill Lynch International the following number of its ordinary shares for Cancellation at an average price of 799.6467 pence per share:
Number of ordinary shares purchased:			4,426
Highest purchase price paid per share:			800.0000p
Lowest purchase price paid per share:			799.2000p
Following the above transaction, the Company has 868,935,046 ordinary shares in issue and holds 5,215,031 ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 863,720,015 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Auto Trader Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
