Auto Trader Group plc Transaction in Own Shares
Auto Trader Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 23 September 2025 it purchased through Merrill Lynch International the following number of its ordinary shares for Cancellation at an average price of 770.1722 pence per share:
Number of ordinary shares purchased:			269,734
Highest purchase price paid per share:			775.6000p
Lowest purchase price paid per share:			768.8000p
Following the above transaction, the Company has 874,423,621 ordinary shares in issue and holds 5,229,626 ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 869,193,995 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Auto Trader Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
