Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities

On 28 January 2019, the Company was notified that Trevor Mather, Director of the Company and Suzanne Mather, a Person Closely Associated with Trevor Mather, had together transferred 460,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the Mather Family Charitable Trust for nil consideration. The Mather Family Charitable Trust is a charitable trust (Charity number 1180415) which has been established to promote and advance exclusively charitable purposes by making grants to charitable and voluntary bodies.  Trevor Mather and Suzanne Mather are Trustees, and therefore The Mather Family Trust is considered to be a Person Closely Associated with Trevor Mather. 

On the same date, the Company was further notified that the Mather Family Charitable Trust disposed of 460,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of £4.517 per share.

This transaction represented approximately 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Following this transaction Trevor Mather, together with his Persons Closely Associated, hold 11,594,704 shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.24% of the total issued shares in the Company (excluding shares held in treasury).

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
