AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS AG: AMENDMENT OF FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2025
In the context of providing correct and accurate information to the investing public and in accordance with art. 4.1.1. (2) of the Athens Exchange Regulation, art. 2 of Decision 25 of the ATHEX Steering Committee, and Sec 5 Rules Prime Market Vienna Stock Exchange, AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS AG (the "Company") updates/amends the Financial Calendar for the year 2025 without changing any date, pointing out only that the publication of the results third quarter 2025 and nine months 2025 will take place on the scheduled date, 13.11.2025, but before the start of the sessions in the Athens Stock Exchange and the Vienna Stock Exchange. Furthermore, on 13.11.2025 Greek time 18:00/Vienna time 17:00 a teleconference will be held to present the above results. The changes in the 2025 Financial Calendar are highlighted below in bold:

The publication of financial results third quarter 2025 and nine months 2025 will take place before the start of the sessions in ATHEX and VSE.
