AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS AG: RELEASE OF FY2024 FINANCIAL RESULTS ON 31.03.2025 AND INVITATION FOR INVESTORS'/ANALYSTS' CONFERENCE CALL ON 01.04.2025

AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS AG (the "Company") announces that it will release its FY2024 financial results, in line with the published Financial Calendar 2025, on March 31, 2025 after the end of the sessions in Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) and the Vienna Stock Exchange (VSE).
The annual financial report and all the other related reports for FY2024 will be available on ATHEX website (www.athexgroup.gr) and on the Company's website (www.austriacard.com) on 31.03.2025 after the end of the sessions in ATHEX and VSE.
Further, on April 1, 2025, at Athens' time 14:00 (13:00 Vienna time), the management of AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS will host a conference call for investors and analysts to present and discuss the FY2024 financial results. Please find the details of the conference call in the invitation that follows in the next page.
