Issue of Options under the AVG Performance Rights and Option Plan

Australian Vintage Limited (AVG) have issued 4,000,000 Options under the AVG Performance Rights and Option Plan.

At the 2016 Annual General Meeting held in November 2016, shareholders approved the grant of 2,000,000 Options under the Plan to the CEO and Executive Director, Neil McGuigan.

In addition to the 2,000,000 Options to the CEO, the board approved the issue of a further 2,000,000 Options to AVG executives.

2,000,000 options (Mr McGuigan) were deemed to be granted on 20 December 2016 and 2,000,000 options (other executives) were deemed to be granted on 20 December 2016. The Options provided to the executive participants are on the same terms as those provided to the CEO, Mr Neil McGuigan, in accordance with the terms approved by shareholders.

The Appendix 3B and Appendix 3Y (Neil McGuigan) in respect of this issue are attached.
