Placement

Australian Vanadium Limited ("the Company") is pleased to confirm that a placement to sophisticated investors was completed on 25 July 2017, raising $750,000 before costs.

Under the placement 50 million new shares were issued at a price of $0.015/share with 1:1 (50 million) free attaching listed option (expiry 31/12/2018; exercise price $0.02).

The Company will apply the placement funds to furtherance of its existing projects and for general working capital. The Appendix 3B and Section 708A Notice were lodged with ASX on 26 July 2017.
