ALLOTMENT OF SHAREHOLDER APPROVED OPTIONS
The shareholders of Yellow Rock Resources (“YRR” or the “Company”) at the AGM held on 30 November 2012 approved the issue of 30,000,000 options exercisable at $0.025 with an expiry date of 31 December 2014 (“the Options”) (see Notice of Annual General Meeting for the terms of the issue).
The Company advises that the allotment of the 30,000,000 options has occurred. The Company does not intend applying to have the options quoted on the ASX.
The new capital structure of the Company is as follows:
