Completion of Capital Raising
The Directors of Yellow Rock Resources Limited are pleased to advise that the offer of 89,250,000 ordinary fully paid shares at an issue price of $0.039, together with one free attaching option for every share issued, and 80,000,000 partly paid shares at an issue price of $0.0001, pursuant to the Prospectus dated 9 November 2009 has closed oversubscribed.
The capital raised of $3,488,750 will be used to further the Company’ exploration activities, the identification of any potential new projects and to provide working capital.
