Change of Officers

The Company announces that Mary-Eileen Scanlan has been appointed as a secretary of the Company to replace John Geary who has resigned from that position.

Mary-Eileen Scanlan is a commercial lawyer of many years experience who has been assisting the company with its legal affairs.

The Company also announces that John Geary has resigned as a director. The Board thanks Mr Geary for his contribution during his term as a director and secretary.
