Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations
Australian Vanadium Limited ( the Company ) advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and clause 7.2 of its constitution, that the Company will hold its Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) on Thursday, 16 November 2023.
All director nominations, together with consent to act, for election at the 2023 AGM are to be received in writing no later than 5.00pm (WST) on 5 October 2023 at the Company’s registered office, Level 2, 50 Kings Park Road, West Perth, WA 6005.
Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in a sperate Notice of Meeting. The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and the Company’s website at www.australianvanadium.com.au.
