Completion of sale of 241 Adelaide Street, Brisbane

Australian Unity Investment Real Estate Limited ( AUIREL ), as Responsible Entity of Australian Unity Office Fund ( ASX: AOF ) confirms the sale of 241 Adelaide Street, Brisbane has completed. As announced on 11 March 2021 AOF entered into a conditional contract for the sale of 241 Adelaide Street, Brisbane for $31.5 million. The conditions attaching to the contract were recently satisfied, with settlement occurring on 24 June 2021.
