Completion of Australian Unity and Keppel Joint Venture

Australian Unity Investment Real Estate Limited ( AUIREL ), as Responsible Entity of Australian Unity Office Fund (ASX: AOF ), refers to its announcement dated 31 January 2020 regarding the change in the ownership of AUIREL, whereby Australian Unity Limited ( Australian Unity ) entered into agreements to transfer all of the shares in AUIREL to Australian Unity Keppel Capital Pty Ltd ( JV Co ), a joint venture company owned equally by subsidiaries of Australian Unity and Keppel Capital Holdings Pte. Ltd.

AUIREL has been advised by Australian Unity that the conditions precedent to the change of ownership have been satisfied and the sale of all the shares in AUIREL by Australian Unity to JV Co has now been completed.
