The following information is provided by Australian Unity Investment Real Estate Limited (‘ AUIRE ’, or the ‘ Responsible Entity ’) to ASX Limited for release to the market in connection with the satisfaction of the conditions for the conditional market.

Capitalised terms used in this document and not otherwise defined have the meaning given in the Product Disclosure Statement lodged with ASIC by the Responsible Entity and dated 23 May 2016 (‘ PDS’ ).

Satisfaction of Conditions for Conditional Market

Australian Unity Investment Real Estate Limited as Responsible Entity of the Australian Unity Office Fund (Fund) advises that the conditions for the conditional market have been satisfied, namely:

• unitholders approving all Resolutions at the Unitholder Meeting;

• AUIRE becoming the Responsible Entity of the Fund;

• the proposed amendments to the Constitution taking effect;

• completion of the Unit Consolidation;

• settlement under the Underwriting Agreement;

• completion of the Withdrawal Offer; and

• the allotment of Units to successful Applicants under the Offer (comprising the Australian Unity Offer, Broker Firm Offer and Institutional Offer).

Trading from 22 June 2016 will be on an unconditional but deferred settlement basis until dispatch of CHESS allotment notices an issuer sponsored holding statements has been completed, expected to be 22 June 2016. Units are expected to commence trading on a normal settlement basis on 23 June 2016.
