Consideration of an offer of Mutual Capital Instruments
Australian Unity is considering making an offer of new ASX quoted mutual capital instruments ( MCIs ) and has commenced confidential discussions with wholesale investors in relation to the potential offer. Such MCIs will feature discretionary noncumulative dividends, scheduled semi-annually, at a dividend rate to be determined.
Any offer remains subject to market conditions.
If an offer of MCIs is made, the prospectus for the offer will be made available when the MCIs are offered. Any person who wants to subscribe for MCIs will need to complete an online application or application form that will accompany the prospectus.
