Australian Unity Limited banking facility
Australian Unity Limited (“Australian Unity”) has signed a Term Bilateral Facility Agreement with National Australia Bank Limited (“Facility”) to assist with the funding of the transfer of Home Care Service of NSW to Australian Unity as announced on 28 August 2015.
The Facility has a 12 month term and a $100.0 million limit.
Australian Unity’s payment obligations under the Facility rank at least equally with the claims of all its other unsecured and unsubordinated creditors, including that of the holders of the $120.0 million Australian Unity listed notes.
