Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Australian Unity Limited (Australian Unity) is pleased to announce the appointment of Kim Cheater as a non-executive director effective from 1 March 2024.
Mr Cheater is an experienced board member and is currently a board member of RAA Group, RAA Insurance, ReturntoWorkSA, Chair of Alwyndor Aged Care, a Governing Council member of Flinders University of South Australia, Chair of South Australian Museum and an Advisory Board member of Sarah Construction.
Mr Cheater is a former Managing Partner with PwC in Adelaide and led their Governance and Risk Consulting practice for over 20 years.
