Retirement and Appointment of Chairman of the Board

Australian Unity Limited wishes to advise that as indicated in the ASX Announcement dated 28 July 2015, Mr Glenn Barnes has retired as a director and chairman of the board of Australian Unity Limited and Mr Peter Promnitz has been appointed chairman of the board with effect from 30 March 2016.

The board would like to take this opportunity to once again thank Mr Barnes for his valuable contribution to the organisation.
