Appointment / Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

Australian Unity Limited (Australian Unity) announces that with effect from 3 March 2014 Mr Anthony Connon will assume the role of Strategic Adviser to the Group Managing Director and step down from his role as Chief Financial Officer.

The board of directors extends its thanks to Mr Connon for his valuable contribution as Chief Financial Officer since joining the company in 1995.

Mr Kevin McCoy will replace Mr Connon as Chief Financial Officer for Australian Unity from 3 March 2014. Mr McCoy joined the company in February 2012 as Group Executive – Strategic Business Development & Deputy Chief Financial Officer. He is a qualified chartered accountant (Australia and South Africa) and a Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than 15 years’ experience in senior finance, M&A and project management roles, primarily in the financial services industry.
