Australian Unity Limited advises that Mr John Butler retired as a director at the Company’s annual general meeting on 29 October 2013 in accordance with the Company’s constitution and did not seek re-election. The Company’s Board of Directors extends its thanks to Mr Butler for his service over the last 4 years.
