Auditor Appointment

Australian Unity Limited (the Company) wishes to advise that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.3, that effective today, PricewaterhouseCoopers has been appointed as auditor of the Company.

The change follows the resignation of the Company’s current auditor, Ernst & Young, in accordance with Section 329(5) of the Corporations Act.

The reason for the change in auditor is to give effect to the result of a competitive tender process.
