Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) Update

EGM to be held at 10:00am on 18 February 2021 online (Zoom) and in person

(Williamstown, Victoria)

Securityholders urged to submit proxy forms by 10:00am Tuesday 16[th] February

2021 due to COVID-19 lockdown in Victoria

The Board of Australian Dairy Nutritionals Group ( AHF or Group ) wishes to remind securityholders that the extraordinary general meeting ( EGM ) will be held this Thursday 18[th] February 2021 at 10:00am (Melbourne time).

The EGM will be held:

In person at Williamstown Yacht Club, 260 Nelson Parade, Williamstown, Victoria 3016; and
Online via Zoom: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZUucqgpzoiH9K1dcb98yBNe3R8E441L271 (access code: 923944)

Securityholders planning to attend the EGM online, should be aware that their participation is limited to hearing the meeting only and they will not be able to vote or ask questions online at the EGM. A copy of the Notice of Meeting can be found at https://adnl.com.au/investor-centre.

Given the imposition of lockdown restrictions across Victoria effective Saturday 13[th] February 2021, the Board wishes to remind securityholders who no longer intend to attend the EGM in person that they are able to lodge proxy form and questions forms in the following manner:
