EPM14498 – Forsayth, ML4317 – Ropewalk & ML3418 – Flying Cow

EXPLORATION

• Developed a regional exploration framework for the Forsayth Project which has been applied to Ropewalk and Flying Cow and used to increase the head grade of the mine.

  • Based on the model have located an envelope of high grade ore in the Ropewalk Pit.

  • Developed and designed an exploration model to add grade and tonnes to the Flying Cow deposit.

MILL CIRCUT

  • Completed the test phase of the ball mill.

• Crusher circuit, gravity circuit and mill circuit audited and found to be functional – inspection carried out by AMC, the mill can be used to recover gravity gold.

Consultancies QLD and NSW

  • Cost Attribute Description Outcomes

  • QLD and NSW Bill Laing Exploration Increased the known head grade of the Ropewalk Pit from Cost (Geological 2g/t Au to an average of 30g/t. •

  • Consultant) Located the structure controlling high grade mineralisation. • Increased the potential gold resource at Flying Cow.

  • • Develo ed the ex loration model for Sofala & Karan i. p p g

  • QLD Mining AMC Mill Audit Assessed the capability of the plant to process ore. •

  • Cost Develop a plan to dispose of both oxide and sulphide tailing.

  • • Focussed on commissioning the gravity circuit = least time, effort and money to develop an immediate cash flow.

  • • Expansion of the site to accommodate both oxide and sul hide circuts. p

  • QLD Mining AMC Geotechnical Provides expert opinion on the stability of the ground Cost Study conditions at the Ropewalk Pit and Flying Cow mine sites. • All rock bolting will need to be replaced (shaft full of water).

  • • The first few cuts into the Ropewalk shoot may need to be open cut until the ground conditions improve.

  • QLD Mining Ecosure Assess the impact of a tailings storage facility on flora and Cost (Environmental fauna (part of environmental approval). •

  • Consultants) Two locations proposed as adequate for tailings facility.
