Copper producer Austral Resources Australia Ltd (ASX: AR1 ) (“ Austral” or “ AR1 ” or the “ Company ”) advises that, as required under Listing Rule 3.10A, 203,506,289 fully paid ordinary shares and 15,516,864 unlisted performance rights, currently subject to ASX restriction, will be released on 4 November 2023.
