Austral Resources 2025 Annual General Meeting
Copper producer Austral Resources Australia Ltd (ASX:AR1) ( Austral or the Company ) hereby advises that it is intending to hold its 2025 annual general meeting (Meeting) on 21 May 2025. An item of business at the Meeting will be the re-election of Directors. In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director at the Meeting is 28 March 2025. Accordingly, any nominations must be received at the Austral registered office no later than 5.00pm (Brisbane time) on 28 March 2025.
