Item 4 Summary of Material Change
On February 10, 2021 announced the appointment of Ms. Dong Zheng and Mr. Juming Li as directors of the Company. Additionally, Ms. Zheng has been appointed President and CEO of the Company. The appointments of Ms. Zheng and Mr. Li respectively follow the resignations of Zhigang Xie as a director, President and CEO and Jiangping Mo as a director.

AUSTIN RESOURCES ANNOUNCES NEW DIRECTORS
TORONTO, ONTARIO (February 10, 2021) Austin Resources Ltd. (“Austin” or the “Company”) (AUT.H) announces the appointment of Ms. Dong Zheng and Mr. Juming Li as directors of the Company. Additionally, Ms. Zheng has been appointed President and CEO of the Company.
Ms. Dong Zheng has more than 10 years of experience in commercial management and is currently CEO and a founder at Jiangxin Yanxuan Science and Technology Co., Ltd in Shenzhen, China. Previously, Ms. Dong Zheng was marketing director at Jucheng Huaqi Science and Technology Co., Ltd. and a general manager at Shenshi Zongheng Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. Ms. Zheng has been involved with enterprise training, network education, healthy environment and real estate marketing projects.
Mr. Juming Li has more than 15 years of experience in business and management and is currently operations manager and assistant vice president at Nanhai Hengxing Plastic Building Materials Co., Ltd. in Guangdong, China. Mr. Li has been involved with more than 100 consulting projects in business and management. Previously, Mr. Li was a human resource director at Zhonghongyang Building Science and Technology Co., Ltd., an operations manager at Quanke information systems Co., Ltd. and an operations manager at Lvzhiyuan Health Science and Technology Co., Ltd. Mr. Li has been involved with Building Materials , international trade and network projects.
The appointments of Ms. Zheng and Mr. Li follow the resignations of Zhigang Xie as a director, President and CEO and Jiangping Mo as a director. The Company thanks Mr. Xie and Mr. Mo for their services and wishes them the best in their future endeavors.
