Prospectus approved for listing of bonds

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has on 13 November 2023 approved the prospectus with appendices prepared by Austevoll Seafood ASA (the Company) in connection with the listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange of the Company's two senior unsecured bonds, issued on 21 June 2023.
