MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE
On 20 June 2016 Lerkehaug AS, a company owned by
Austevoll Seafood ASA's CFO Britt Kathrine Drivenes,
sold 75,000 shares in Austevoll Seafood ASA at a price
of NOK 71.2127 per share. Subsequent to this
transaction Lerkehaug AS holds 50,367 shares in
Austevoll Seafood ASA.
