MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

On 7 July 2016 the extraordinary General Meeting of

shareholders in Br. Birkeland AS, a company controlled

by Austevoll Seafood ASA, resolved to distribute

dividends to its shareholders in the form of 1,722,223

shares in Austevoll Seafood ASA. Of these dividend

shares, Austevoll Seafood ASA has acquired 893,300

shares at NOK 72.25 per share. Subsequent to this

transaction Austevoll Seafood ASA holds 893,300 own

shares.

Board member Helge Møgster owns shares in Br.

Birkeland AS, through his wholly owned company

Møgsterbas AS. Møgsterbas acquires 61,469 shares in

Austevoll Seafood ASA through this distribution.

Subsequent to this transaction Møgsterbas AS holds

61,469 shares in Austevoll Seafood ASA.
