Successful placement of new unsecured bond issue

Austevoll Seafood ASA has successfully completed a NOK 500

million FRN senior unsecured bond issue with maturity date

in June 2023. The coupon rate is 3 months NIBOR + 2.35% p.a,

quarterly interest payments.

Settlement date is expected to be 21 June 2017.

An application will be made for the bonds to be listed on

Oslo Børs as soon as practically possible.

The net proceeds from the Bond shall be used for general

corporate purposes.

The bond issue was substantially oversubscribed.

DNB Markets and Pareto Securities acted as joint managers of

the new bond issue.
