Ordinary General Meeting held in Austevoll Seafood ASA

The Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of Austevoll Seafood ASA was held at 10:00 hours on Thursday 27 May 2021. All items were resolved in accordance with the Boards Calling Notice and the Nomination Committee's recommendations.

The General Meeting approved to distribute a dividend of NOK 3.50 per share. The dividend will be paid on 9 June 2021 and shall be paid to the shareholders who are registered shareholders of Austevoll Seafood ASA as of 27 May 2021.

The shares in Austevoll Seafood ASA will be quoted ex-dividend from 28 May 2021.
