Notice of Ordinary General Meeting
Please find attached the Notice of Ordinary General Meeting of Austevoll Seafood ASA. The Ordinary General Meeting will be held on Thursday 24 May, 2018 at 10.00 hours, in the company's facilities at Storebø in the municipality of Austevoll.
The Notice will be posted electronically or by mail to all shareholders. Notice of General Shareholders' Meeting and related documents are also available at www.auss.no.
The Annual Report 2017 was published 27 April, 2018, and is available on the company's web site www.auss.no.
