This issue relates to FY2022 Long Term Incentive entitlements and FY2021 Short Term Incentive entitlements. Performance rights were issued following shareholder approval of the issue to Paddy Gregg at the Company's 2021 Annual General Meeting. While the Company has updated the number of fully paid ordinary shares on issue as required, the number of performance rights on issue was not separately updated at the time in respect of this issue.
