COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT 4 OCTOBER 2019

CORRECTION TO PROXY FORM

Austal Limited (ASX:ASB) has become aware of an error in the proxy form lodged with ASX on 3 October 2019. The Company wishes to clarify that its AGM will be held on Friday 1 November 2019 at the Fremantle Sailing Club, Fremantle Western Australia and not Thursday 7 November 2019 as set out in the proxy form lodged on 3 October.

An updated proxy form has been lodged today with the date corrected.

Austal provides a wide range of support services, including through life support, integrated logistics support, vessel sustainment and systems support. These services are delivered through our global support network in the USA, Australia, Asia, the Caribbean and the Middle East together with partner shipyards worldwide.
