H1 FY2023 RESULTS CONFERENCE CALL NOTICE

Austal Limited ( Austal ) (ASX:ASB) wishes to advise that its Chief Executive Officer Patrick Gregg and Interim Chief Financial Officer Geoffrey Buchanan will hold an analyst and investor conference call on Friday, 24 February 2023 at 7:30am AWST / 10:30am AEDT to discuss the Company’s H1 FY2023 results. Following the briefing, participants will have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A session.

Austal’s accounts for the six months ended 31 December 2022, and an accompanying results presentation and announcement, will be made available on the ASX pre-market open on 24 February 2023.
