FY2023 RESULTS CONFERENCE CALL NOTICE

Austal Limited ( Austal ) (ASX:ASB) wishes to advise that its Chief Executive Officer Patrick Gregg and Chief Financial Officer Christian Johnstone will hold an analyst and investor conference call on Thursday, 31 August 2023 at 7:30am AWST / 9:30am AEST to discuss the Company’s FY2023 results. Following the briefing, participants will have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A session.

Austal’s accounts for the 12 months ended 30 June 2023, and an accompanying results presentation and announcement, will be made available on the ASX pre-market open on 31 August 2023.
