Aussie Broadband response to press speculation
Aussie Broadband Limited (ASX:ABB) notes the recent article in The Australian newspaper and confirms that it has commenced a period of exclusive discussions with Over the Wire Holdings Limited (ASX:OTW) regarding a possible combination of the two entities.
The discussions are preliminary and incomplete, and no agreement has been reached in relation to any transaction. There is no guarantee that any agreement will be reached or that a transaction will eventuate.
Aussie Broadband will keep the market informed in the event of any material developments.
